The Narrows Restaurant will feature several weekend additions the weekend of March 26 – 29 2015. Chef Matt has prepared Broiled Local Rockfish over a bacon, pea and mushroom risotto topped with sautéed spinach and finished with a whole grain mustard vinaigrette. The Grilled Atlantic Swordfish over garlic mashed potatoes topped with a Mediterranean salad and roasted garlic basil oil is a scintillating combination and a must try. The Shad Roe pan seared served over bacon, pea mushroom risotto topped with micro greens and whole grain mustard vinaigrette pairs nicely with a Pinot Noir or a crisp white wine. Shad Roe is only available for a limited time during the spring so make sure you get a chance to try this Eastern Shore classic before it is too late.
