Each year during opening week of the Maryland legislative season The Restaurant Association of Maryland (also known as RAM) hosts a reception for the lawmakers of our state. This year it was held on January 19th at the Loews Hotel in Annapolis. Over 250 politicians and their associates attended. This event is an opportunity for Maryland business owners in the food service industry to meet their representatives and let their “voices be heard” on important issues affecting the restaurant/ hospitality world.
The Narrows Restaurant was selected to participate and we served our delicious “Roasted Wild Mushroom and Crab Risotto.” Chef Matt Cohey was there in his Chef coat to represent us!
